Nate and I are now officially half-vegetarians.
- very rarely pay for their own meat (Nate has taken up fishing and volunteering at the meat packing plant)
- eat red meat once every 2 weeks and eat fish or poultry once, maybe twice a week
- buy 10 pounds of broccoli a week from the grocery store (half-vegetarians looove broccoli!)
- Also, half-vegetarians use vegetable purees in most, if not all, of their baking and cooking (and it is sooo good!)

So, the moral of this story is… if you want to invite us over for dinner, remember, we are half-vegetarians!
