I worked for the BYU corporate health promotion program (BYU Wellness) for over 2 years while at BYU.
As you can see, I was able to take something away from my time there:
I obviously didn’t learn that you’re not supposed to use food as an incentive for exercise and nutritional goals.
I DID learn to incentivize* health challenges, setting individual goals is the most motivating, and that every new challenge needs a good theme (out new theme: Hawaii Bound!)
*I also learned that ‘incentivize’ is not a word and made a conscious decision to use it anyway.
